A US man from Pennsylvania who was handed a life sentence in connection with the rape and murder of a 15-year-old girl has been freed after a DNA test proved his innocence. Lagos primary school proprietor appears in court over alleged rape of two pupils

A primary school proprietor, Joseph Ogunleye,who allegedly defiled two of pupils in his school, was on Thursday charged before a Yaba Chief Magistrates’ Court in Lagos.   Ogunleye, 56, whose address is unknown, is standing trial on a charge of defilement.
